7 points for one team in a half? 22 points combined in the half? Boy am I glad this game wasn't on television.

The New Hampshire Wildcats set a new record in all of basketball tonight. Much like the Nets the other day, this wasn't the good kind.

The end of the first half score in the game against Pitt: 15-7.

Both combined points (22) and UNH points (7) are NCAA record-lows for fewest points ever in the shot-clock era.

Pitt's Ashton Gibbs compared it to a YMCA game. Brad Wannamaker couldn't recall a similar game since his 8 and under league. New Hampshire coach Bill Herrion said it was like undergoing a root canal.
