I do not disagree with you on the fact that Jerry is too involved .... as a management major in college the one thing that was stressed .... you cannot do everything yourself .... you can not be the OWNER and the General Manager - - it is a conflict of interest. Jerry needs to stop MICROMANAGING the team and the people he hires. If he had enough confidence in them to HIRE them in the first place - - he needs to step back and let them do their jobs.

Harbaugh is an idiot and needs to stick to COACHING- not team ownership! The Cowboys are focused on "star players"? Yeah right gimme a freaking break.... Yes the Cowboys got T.O. and Pacman and such- but NO MORE "star players" than ANY OTHER NFL Team. Lets take a quick glance at the Cowboys current "star players" and where they came from: Ware, Newman, Spears, Ratliff, Spencer, Barber, Felix Jones, Witten, Austin, Crayton, Hurd, Martellus Bennett, Mike Jenkins, Gurode, Flozell, and Brady James were all DRAFTED by the Cowboys and Romo was an undrafted free agent by the COWBOYS! Those listed are pretty much the ENTIRE STARTING ROSTER for the Cowboys! I didn't realize that you were NOT allowed to build a team through the draft without being accused by IDIOTS of "focusing on Star player"! Stick to coaching Mr. Harbaugh- you are out of your league in team management!

Shame on Jim Harbaugh. This is the most idiotic thing I have heard yet.. I live here and I know what the Cowboys contribute to the community.. They are very caring individuals who spend a lot of time at Children Hospitals all over the metroplex and other places where they know they will make a difference. .. Just because the owner is an a$$ does not make the team one.. They did not choose the owner the owner chose them. They people that do not like the Cowboys are the ones jealous of them.. Now, please get a life and stick to what you know best Mr. Harbough. I said I do not get emotional about the team, but we are very defensive of our teams, whether it be the Stars, Mavericks, Rangers or the Cowboys. "Stands for everything that is wrong in the NFL" Give me a break. I suppose other teams do not want star players on their team? Who gives a flying flop what the Eagles have done in the past ten years.? I am sorry but I keep going back up and reading the post and it really makes my blood boil. I am through venting now.. Thanks Vinnie.. That is a compliment indeed. I just can not get over the comments he made. All I can do is sit here and shake my head and wonder what in the world is that man thinking.? Or was he? We have sat back and listened to people bash the boys for many, many years.. Good grief, no one is perfect and they have their flaws just like everyone else. BUT what other team has carried the label "America's team" ?

Just a little note- now that Mr. Harbaugh has got my blood boiling- LOL! 15 of the 22 STARTING PLAYERS on the current Cowboys roster WERE DRAFTED MR. " DUMBAZZ" Harbaugh- they weren't "bought" in Free Agency or "Star Players" as you so conveniently referred to them as.... Check the roster next time BEFORE running your suck and spouting off untruths! O.k; I'm off my soapbox now- LOL
