After meeting with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell. Jones has decided to drop his appeal and serve his one year suspension. He made this decision after having a meeting with Goodell on Tuesday morning. Things are finally starting to sink in about how he is viewed as a NFL player and representative. He made a statement after his meeting through his agent "I understand my responsibilities to my teammates, the Titans and my fans and I am committed to turning my life around and being a positive member of the NFL,". I think a little digging in his pocket looking for those lost paychecks helps a little too.
