Three-time Tour de France champion Alberto Contador has been stripped of his 2010 title and retroactively banned from cycling for two years after testing positive for the anabolic steroid, clenbuterol. The Court of Arbitration for Sport made the ruling, and could fine the cyclist up to $3 million.
Contador's test came during the 2010 Tour de France and the results were made public in September 2010.
