Well, that was quick. Allen Iverson has left the Grizzlies for ''personal reasons''.

Allen Iverson has left the Grizzlies for personal reasons, and received permission from the team to go back to his offseason home in Atlanta to address those personal issues. The team is unsure how long he'll be gone, but I don't think he was too much of a difference maker anyway. He started the season with a hamstring injury, and has come off the bench (unhappily) ever since.

No word yet on whether his "personal reasons" had anything to do with not getting enough playing time.

oh wow!!!! im sooooo sick of A.I.!!! that fool whined his way off everyteam he been on that hasnt made him da focal point of their offense. He's as bad as da NFL's T.O. I thought Starbury was bad but AI is just as terrible. Coach is havin him come off da bench not cuz he thinks da man sucks but cuz da man just came frm an injury. Like every1 else above me said, he wants out of memphis. NXT STOP? NEW ORLEANS LOL!!!!!

1	From what I've seen on Twitter from NBA people it sounds like personal reason may actually be legit, but at the same time people don't expect him back which makes it sound like its not legit. Either way, hopefully things are okay in AI's personal life.
