The Stokke family hasn't exactly welcomed me with open arms ... yet. So to my dismay I must move on. Meet Ana Ivanoic.

Fresh off her waxing of Maria Sharapova today, this Serbian babe has vaulted herself into the French Open Finals and into my heart. Truth be told, I've never been much of a Maria.

When the wise Darren Rovell says things like this, you better jump on the bandwagon quickly:

The corporate world is a little bit down on tennis right now, but if I were a sports marketer, I’d take the jump on the Ivanovic bandwagon right now. Sharapova hasn’t won a tournament all year and someone smart could get Ivanovic at a quarter of the price.

Ana already has a very ~~stalker~~ fan friendly website, where I've learned her favorite food is sushi. Music to my ears. This should work out quite well.

As probably the only straight male that dislikes Sharapova, I'm happy she finally lost. Hopefully this means Ivanovic will be seen more, both on and especially off.

Oh, and can today's matches finally put to rest the belief that women's tennis is more exciting than men's (well, except for looking at the competitors of course). Today's semifinal scores were 6-2, 6-2 and 6-2, 6-1. Zzzz. It's like that the entire tournament for the women too, because there's so little depth. The men's semis will almost certainly be closer, and they have two heavy favorites.

if u guys are just now learning that there are PLENTY of hot female tennis players then you were missing out.

Seth mentioned some good ones with Golovin and Hantuchova.

But theres a pretty good number who are good-looking.

0	Although not my favorite to look at I must give respect to Justin Henin who just keeps on winning. Just won her third straight French Open and does it relatively easily as well. She plays well on nearly every surface and is always a favorite to make at least the semifinals.
