Anderson Varejao agrees to 6 year, $50M deal with the Cavaliers

I don't really understand how Anderson Varejao is making more than Ron Artest right now, but that's what just happened. While Ron Artest just signed a 3 year deal with the Lakers for $18M, Anderson Varejao got 6 years and $50M from the Cavaliers.

As Matt Steinmetz from Fanhouse says, this is bound to bite Danny Ferry in the butt in the long run.
