Former San Diego Chargers and current Kansas City Chiefs receiver Chris Chambers feels that the Chargers released him because they feel that his girlfriend is a bad influence on his performance on the field. This is an interesting statement, seeing how no woman has ever been accused of affecting the play of an NFL player *cough Tony Romo cough*

2	But its ok to keep Merriodman and his highly visible altercation with that MTV skank, or all his outside distraction that AJ Smith hates. The Chargers are is such trouble. Keep it up overhyped craptastick chargers. Going 2-0 against Oakland and KC doesnt mean you losers are back. Especially when your defense makes JaMarcus Russell look like a servicable 3rd string QB now

2	Meh... Chambers was on his way out the door anyway. He was non-existant last season and (so far) has stuck to that trend. He's one of the better run blockers at the WR position in the NFL though and will probably be a welcome addition to the Chiefs.
