For some reason the Cincinnati Bengals have been a professional football team that seemed to harbor more criminals than your local state penitentiary.

However, trouble seems to find even former players who have moved on the bigger and better things (Somehow, it's called the UFL).

Chris Perry, also known as Raymond Perry, is wanted in the City of Wyoming for failure to pay taxes in 2006 and 2007 to the City of Wyoming Income Tax Department.
