In a battle of undefeated teams, the 17th ranked Michigan State Spartans went into Ann Arbor and beat the 18th ranked Michigan Wolverines.  It was the 3rd straight year in which the Spartans beat the Wolverines and this win might have been the most impressive.  State was able to slow down Michigan quarterback Denard Robinson and force him into throwing 3 interceptions, two of them in the endzone.  Offensively, MSU was able to do whatever they wanted.  They finished with 530 yards of total offense, 250 of them rushing.

Michigan State moves to 6-0 while Michigan drops to 5-1
