0	its burned like crazy I has to run to restroom & take a shower to get rid of it but it helped me run fast like a roadrunner tho' i advice to whoever is runner use this so u can run real faster than forrest gump lol j/k

0	apparantly whoever is doing the banning of substances has never used it, or did he just read the ingrediants? what is next to be banned. yellow mouthguards.......oh gator aid because it suppose to be good for you,if its good for you must be banned attitude needs to be looked into. who is the banner any way??????
