Bengals may be blacked out, after not selling out game vs Texans
The upcoming Bengals-Texans game might get blacked out. Apparently 4-1 and 1st place isn't good enough for Cincy fans.

I'm not sure what else the Bengals have to do this year to convince fans to attend the games, but they still haven't sold out their upcoming game against the Texans. There's a very real possibility of the game being blacked out in the local TV market.

It takes a lot more than 4 wins to make up for YEARS of losing. Make a full season of it. Make some noise in the playoffs. Then we will talk.

Sincerely,
Texas Rangers Fans.

I wanna say the region is so hard-hit that people just can't afford it, but that's never stopped Pittsburgh from filling its stadium every year

...And to think that Bengals games were getting exciting. Oh well... At least the Falcons are going to kick rectum on Sunday Night Football this week.

If you think about it, Cincy fans most likely made plans for the entire NFL season. Who in their right mind would have predicted this outcome?

I thought that was a story out of Cleveland.  But can't you say the same thing about Cincinnati?  What else can you do there?

Wrong, the Bengals fans get grief because they're owner hasn't fielded a good team since his dad died 19 years ago.  The fact that this team has 48 straight sellouts with only one winning season should tell you that the fans around here have been good loyal fans.  The people in this area that have any money have bailed out on Mike Brown, they even sued him over seat license agreements and won.  They haven't won any games convincingly enough to bring those people back.
