Brady Quinn for Brandon Marshall trending on Google. But is this true?

I've been basically living on the internet for three straight years, and even I can't tell you how it works sometimes. Today would be just another example of that.

Sometime this morning, the term "Brandon Marshall for Brady Quinn" reached volcanic on Google Trends - peaking at #2 overall, ahead of even "celebrity lookalike name generator free." So, there must be talk of a trade going down, right?

Well, sort of. ESPN Insider has an NFL rumor that perhaps the Broncos are looking into trading Marshall for Quinn. But that's it. No one else is reporting this. So is this legit, or just rumor-mongering? I can't tell you, since I don't have ESPN Insider. But if this trade did go down, Cleveland would clearly get the better end of the deal.
