Brian Kelly named Notre Dame head coach

Ok, glad we can end this charade now. Brian Kelly is the new head coach of Notre Dame. He'll take over duties, I would assume, after Cincy's BCS game.

Rather than break down why he'll be good or bad, let's just cut to the chase.

How long does he last? I say longer than Weis, mainly because he's Irish.

UPDATE: My mistake, Kelly will not be coaching the Bearcats in the Sugar Bowl. Ouch.
