Buck Showalter sounds off on the Orioles division rivals

Buck Showalter's never been one to hold back and recently, he sounded off on Derek Jeter and Theo Epstein.  I get that you are suppose to "hate" your divisional rivals and it's obvious to me that Buck wants to bring a new attitude to the Baltimore Orioles franchise.  However, is it really wise to take shots at the two teams that are the class of your division why your team is a perennial bottom feeder?
