Bud Selig may suspend Alex Rodriguez
Bud Selig considers suspending A-Rod, also considers getting a backbone
Bud Selig is thinking about suspending A-Rod and also reinstating Hank Aaron as the true home run king. Naturally, this will never happen because Selig is a ******* *****. You know exactly what's blanked out there.

"Consider" all you want Commish. Won't happen.  Suspend A-Rod and you have to suspend Giambi, Pettite, Tejada, (the unofficial retirees: Bonds, Clemens etc.) AND you make the case for releasing the other 103 names on the list, making sure this never goes away this entire season.  Also "consider" all the owners and managers etc. that knew players were on the juice and liked the money and attention from homeruns and records...Suspend them for negligence?  Here's an idea, suspend yourself and get MLB a real commissioner not an owner, who will clean this PR nightmare you help create, up.  Something to "Consider", Bud.

this makes me chuckle ... they cant suspend A-Rod .. they have no grounds for that suspension. During that time when A-Rod tested positive there was no rule against PEDs. Therefore as soon as the league attempts to suspend him he goes to court and gets the suspension removed.

This just off the wire.....Bud Selig suspends A-rod for 3 spring training games and they must be split squad.  When questioned about it, Bud replied "What they don't count so who cares....just like a tie in an all star game."  Mr. Selig I took a message for while you were out from a C. Lion from Oz.  Said he was your mentor and that he needed to cancel today's lesson for you.

As if Bud Selig as commissioner of baseball wasnt a joke to begin with, suspending A Rod on no grounds will just add to that legacy.  If Bud wants to grow a spine and really start to do something about the steriod issue, he needs to have himself and his partner in crime, Donald Fehr, publically come clean about what they knew about this.  Then, and only then, can MLB do something proactive to try and take care of this widespread problem.

RESIGN, RESIGN, RESIGN.

Bud Selig has demonstrated time and time again he is incompetent and unfit to continue serving as commissioner of MLB.  The only thing he should be announcing is his retirement or resignation.  He is a disgrace.  The same goes for MLBPA chief Donald Fehr.  It's time to clean house.

Suspend him for what?  Lining Selig's pockets with money?  What a f%#$ing d-bag hypocrite Selig is.

"You know exactly what's blanked out there."

What is it?  Please tell me...I think it just stirs up more anger when I use my imagination to fill in the blanks.  Actually, don't, in case any children are present we can't exactly use this strategy...

The more information that we have and the more I think about it.  A lot of the blame has to lay squarely on MLB and the players union.  MLB has the responsibility to protect the integrity of baseball.  The players union has the responsibility to protect all of the players, but they ignored the clean players.  Both should have policed themselves.

Hey Bud if you going to suspend him, suspend yourself and every owner as well. The players are at fault for taking banned substances and the Players Union for not trying really hard to clean it up. However the owners did not seem to mind or care when baseball was being saved by guys who were juiced to the rafters because they were making money hand over fist on it. They are all wrong,  I now must stop because all of this hurts my head. . .

It may be part MLB and part players union but the majority of the fault still needs to be on the players.  Yea owners liked the money and the fans wanted more homeruns and all that crap but nobody forced the players to roid.  They made that conscious decision themselves.

If Bud Selig grew a backbone, would HE test positive for performance enhancing drugs?

Good luck on Selig getting a backbone.  He has been very public in noting that Hank Aaron was his favorite player of all-time.  Be that as it may, he has watched the Aaron's, the Ruth family, the Maris' clan and others go through countless dog-and-pony-shows for his roided-up superstars.  Bud Selig's silence on steroids has done more damage to baseball than any player, owner or commissioner in its history.
