It was Cardinals pitching coach Dave Duncan who identified Anthony Reyes and Braden Looper, but not Brad Thompson, as "priority" candidates for the Cardinals rotation. Yet it was Thompson who delivered the first outing this spring that truly qualifies as a dream showing for Duncan, manager Tony La Russa and the St. Louis staff....

#1 \| 636 days ago dlduke20 (+)	I have thought all off-season, he would be the reliever most likely to make the change to starter. He had some pretty good long relief appearances last season, and I thought he was a starter in the minors. Hope he continues to impress Darin
