Charlie Weis is on the hot seat after loss to Pittsburgh

After their loss to Pitt, it's clear that Notre Dame is officially a disappointment this year. Even if they beat Connecticut and Stanford, which are no sure things, they can only finish 8-4 at best, and probably out of the top 25. The expectations at the beginning of the year were that Notre Dame would make a BCS bowl, and possibly even compete for a National Championship.
At this point, it's becoming pretty obvious that the Charlie Weis Era has been marked by failure and disappointment in Notre Dame. Is it time for him to start updating (or backdating) his resume? Or should the Irish keep him around for another year?
