Clinton Portis to sit out game against Cowboys

As expected, Clinton Portis is a no-go for the Redskins' game Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys.

Portis was knocked unconscious in the game against Atlanta and is slowly recovering from a concussion.  Ladell Betts will start in place of Portis, and given the way he played last weekend, the replacement isn't expected to be a disappointment to the Redskins.
