Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s Crew involved in crash enroute to Phoenix Raceway

Dale Earnhardt Jr. has had a season from hell.  That's the only way I can think to describe it.  Many would have you believe he is washed up as a driver and needs to go race in a lesser series.  I believe he needs some understanding of the pressure he is under, day after day after day.  He tries, constantly, and honestly I think he tries too hard to please everyone BUT himself.

This weekend, coming to Phoenix, he has put more pressure on himself than anyone else possibly could.

Well, add to that pressure the fact that his over-the-wall gang was involved in a motor vehicle accident enroute to the track.  Luckily, none of them was injured, other than being just a little shaken up in the accident which saw them rear-ended by another vehicle while attempting to make a left hand turn.

Unfortunately, Dale Jr's on-track accident was much more serious.  He hit the wall and collected a number of other cars, including buddies Tony Stewart and Matt Kenseth.  Earnhardt Jr finished in 35th.
