Duke Lax Accuser Must Get Paternity Test

The judge in the Duke Lacrosse rape case has ordered that the still unnamed accuser to get a paternity test. The accuser had a baby last week at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill. The DA on the case, Mike Nifong, doesn't feel that the baby is a result of the accused rape, but he feels it is good to get those questions out of everyones head to help the case proceed.
