Dwyane Wade first, then other moves for the Heat, according to Pat Riley
Pat Riley's offseason strategy: First lock down D-Wade, and then worry about the rest.
Pat Riley made it clear that Dwyane Wade's future in Miami is his top priority, saying that he will not authorize any other major moves until they sign Wade to a contract extension.

This is definitely a wise move for the Heat, since Wade is obviously a huge part of their team. Their future hinges on whether he stays or goes, and it's definitely smart for Riley to make that priority #1.

Time for D-Wade to break the bank.

I hope he signs that contract and keeps getting his seasonal injuries. I must say I had the pleasure of meeting and working with D-Wade at the All-Star Jam Session, and he seemed like a pretty nice guy, but it was pretty obvious that he would've rather been out doing anything other than the T-Mobile Shoot-A-Round.

They better hold on to him...  Or it will take them an eternity to recoop.. If he could just stay healthy, he would be the bomb.com every season...

Now if they get him to stay, will they have enough money to get him some help.. I'm sure he'd like more than one ring..

if Riley wants any shot at being successful he better lock down Wade - that kid is a stud. He gets lost in the Kobe/LeBron talk but he is right there with them.
