Carl Edwards admitted freely that he had done what was needed to ensure he got the win.  He also alluded to "responding" to action started by Keselowski earlier in the restart.

Video, however, seems to support Keselowski diving to the bottom then drifting up the track to barely brush Carl Edwards.  The two cars both recovered and continued on.  The last contact, however, did not allow Keselowski to continue.  Rather, he ended up against the inside wall, where he was again hit.

Keselowski was not interviewed after the race, but his father opined that Carl Edwards was not going to succceed in killing his boy.

Kevin Harvick also ended up in the wall, unsuccessful in his bid to sweep at Gateway.
