With many Cowboys fans blaming Jessica Simpson for Tony Romo's poor play, Eva Longoria comes to the defense of the harassed starlet.

The Desperate Housewife tells Jessica that she put up with similar fan anger when she was first seen with Spurs star Tony Parker: "If he had a bad game, it was my fault. If he got injured, it was my fault."

Longoria suggests to Simpson to weather the criticism, recommending,"Once people get over it, they kind of get used to you."

With Sunday's loss, Dallas fans probably won't get over it anytime soon.
