This is his chance to show that he is not just a scrambling quarterback but a quality leader and a winner. He definitely has to take advantage of this opportunity. I am a Vince Young fan and hope that he does well. Besides, I think that the Titans have nothing to lose at this point.

Vince should have been starting this whole time to begin with.  He only lost his starting job last year because he was injured.  He might have been only a marginal at best passer in this league so far but he does win games for the Titans.  His rookie year he came in for an ineffectve Collins and eventually led them on a 6 game winning streak and almost to the play offs.  The next year they went 10-6 with him starting and making the playoffs.  He will now lead them the rest of the year, and he cannot do worse than Collins (0-6).  Vince by next year will have them back in the playoffs and with many more good years to come.

If they are going to get back in the playoffs next year..They better do somthing about that defence. That is what got them into the playoffs those years..it wasnt all VY. Why do so many people think this game is all about the QB. There are so many other parts to a football team then just that.

Yes they need to do something about the defense but if the offense cannot stay on the field I do not care whow you are the defense is going to wear out over the course of the game. I am not totally blaming Collins for the ineffective offense of the Titans. But as far as I can remember the Titans need to get better recievers for the team. The recievers they got and have over the years pretty much have been a joke. How come I do not see articles on Matt Cassel. I thought he was suppose to be a stud and one of the best QB's in the leauge. I hate to bring up race on some issues but if ol Matt was a different skin color we would see those articles. But that is my opinion and Go Titans!!!

Well I wouldnt expect VY to fix that. The Offence wasnt very good when he played the last time, and now he hasnt started in over a year.

And I guess the writer of this article is dying to put his foot in his mouth considering Vince got the win like I knew he would.  7 tries and Kerry couldn't...

Yes it was a win..But lets not go out and say it was all because VY was the QB..he only threw the ball 18 times for 125 yards..that isnt a very outstanding day. This win is because of the running game (Chris Johnson) and the defence only giving up 13 points instead of the usuall 20 some as been the norm this year.
