OK, drug testing in baseball has been around for a while - especially in the Minor Leagues. So, to test positive for a metabolic steroid is news. To test positive for TWO is news. To test for THREE steroids at the same time is astonishing! Now, add to that Letrozole, a drug that blocks the enzyme responsible for the production of estrogen, a process that commonly occurs as a byproduct of anabolic steroid use and is linked to several undesirable side effects, AND Amphetamines - a total of FIVE banned substances AT THE SAME TIME - and you have a disaster....
