FK Rubin Kazan beats Barcelona 2-1 at Nou Camp

Upset city in soccer. Some team you've never heard of beats this year's UEFA Champions.

This is what you call an upset. FK Rubin Kazan beat Barcelona 2-1 this evening at Camp Nou (which I've actually been to) in Champions League play.

Barcelona is the reigning UEFA champion, which means they're basically the best team in the world, and they were playing at home. FK Rubin Kazan - in case you're wondering, is in the Russian Primer League. They only took three shots, but made two of them, which was good enough for the win.

Definitely one heck of an upset, and it gives FK Rubin Kazan a real chance to advance in Champions League play.
