From AARP To ATL...Thrashers Sign Chris Chelios

Good news Atlanta Thrashers fans (all 300 of you)!  The club has replaced, young, up and coming, Russian sharpshooter Ilya Kovalchuk with...48-year old Chris Chelios! Granted, Kovalchuk made it quite clear he had no desire to stay in Atlanta and the club did get some warm bodies and a used puck bag from New Jersey for him, but signing a guy who played in the Olympics in 1984 isn't exactly going to replace Kovalchuk or ignite fan interest for a team that's rumored to be on its way to Winnipeg.    Yea, it's good times for Thrashers fans...
