#2 \| 267 days ago nebo (+)	It appears that the "Frank Drebin Theory" comes into play at times. Referring to one of the Naked Gun movies when Drebin donned the umpires uniform only to get caught up in the action. He then had a great time dancing, etc. I think sometimes officials get caught up in the excitement and makes the call accordingly. They are human. Perhaps a name( Duke or UCLA) pushes the call one way or another.
