Houston Rockets should trade for Chris Bosh right now to help replace Yao Ming
How can the Rockets solve the potential problem of Yao's career being over? Trade for Chris Bosh immediately.
The Rockets find themselves in serious trouble now with Yao Ming's broken foot. Yao could miss all of next year, and his career may be over. So how can the Rockets fill such a gaping hole? Trade for Chris Bosh.

Yes, Bosh is reportedly going to sign with the Rockets in another year anyway (there's no way he's coming back to the Raptors), so it makes sense for the Raptors to get something for him now.

Bosh is also originally from Dallas, so a return to his home state would be something he'd likely be interested in as well.

Honestly, I don't want to see who or what fills Yao's gaping hole.

Bosh would be a good fit for the Rockets, but they will still need a center unless they plan on playing "small ball" like they did in the playoffs. Not a good idea for an 82 game season.

They def. need to do something with this Yao situation. Maybe try to trade him to the Knicks? They might fall for it....

Nah. We'll trade the Rockets Dalembert for some cows and Mexican food.

Read this article last night and I think Richard Justice is grasping for straws.

What, other than a Texas homecoming, motivates Bosh to play in Houston?  Right now, the Rockets appear to be in an unexpected rebuilding mode.  Artest is a FA this year and may not sign.  McGrady is at the end of his career and the Rockets are shopping him to anyone who will listen.  The rest of the supporting cast (without Yao) is suspect.

I would love to have Bosh at the Toyota Center, but it seems more like a fantasy than a reality to me.  Just my opinion.

I think Justice's piece from the previous day where he suggest we Houston fans sold our souls to the devil for the second championship in the 90's is more accurate.  Haha.

Nobody will ever fill the hole that Yao left. Yao is Yao and nobody plays like him or brings the level of play like he does. Get well sooon Yao, Houston will miss you.

Bosh is a 2nd-tier star, but I hope they don't expect him to score consistently.  His offensive game needs some work.

No, Bosh is coming to Cleveland in 2010.

I think Bosh is very close to being 1st tier and when he's on a team with a bit better talent than the Raptors, he'll shine. I think he's on the verge of being a top 5 player if he can get on a team with a few more playmakers.

I wonder if he could "max-out" higher than someone like Lamar Odom.  That would be nice.
