Phoenix Suns assistant coach Marc Iavaroni is probably going to find out that it's a lot easier winning games when your team actually has some talented players.
According to sources, he has agreed to become the next head coach of the Memphis Grizzlies, who were the worst team in the NBA last season, but don't even have one of the top 3 picks in June's draft.
Iavaroni did some great work with the Suns, and he will certainly be missed. Unfortunately for him, this is going to be a tough situation to go into.
