The NCAA sent a statement of possible violations to the Ducks athletic department saying they used scouting services in ways that did not conform with NCAA rules and they exceeded the number of coaches involved in recruiting at any one time.
What's even more damning is that both the NCAA and Oregon agreed that between 2008 and 2011, Oregon didnt properly monitor the football program's use of the recruiting service.
That college football fans, is not a good sign
