Is Roberto Alomar a first ballot Hall of Famer?
12/17/09 in MLB
Tyler Duffy of The Big Lead takes a look at Roberto Alomar's career, and discusses his Hall of Fame status. He makes the case that Alomar should be a first ballot HOFer, and I agree 100%. I remember Alomar in his prime, when he was the best 2nd baseman in baseball, both in the field and at the plate.
Alomar made spectacular plays look easy in the infield, and he consistently hit well, with a career average of .300. I'd vote for him without hesitation, but what's your take on it?
