25-year old Richard Eaton was apparently sick of waiting for an autograph from Romero, so he asked "how about some juice?"

Romero, who was suspended for 50 games last year due to the MLB drug testing program, did not think that it was very funny at all, and allegedly grabbed him by the neck and threw him.
