21-year old Joe Cada became the youngest person ever to win the World Series of Poker's main event. He won $8.55M total, after coming back from a huge chip deficit against Darvin Moon in a back-and-forth final table battle.
I would have too. There was a show on earlier today talking about a day in the life of Phil Ivey which talked about his gambling and poker skills. In like less than an hour a two different craps tables on opposite sides of the U.S he had won just under $1 million dollars. I am a big Negreanu fan but Ivey is in my top 5 favorite poker players. Ivey's glare/facial expressions towards other players is both weird and crazy. Does the Main Event or other major poker event have an age limit? I think so, if they for some odd reason lower it then the older more experienced players like IVey, Negreanu, Moneymaker, Hashem and others need to step up.
Joe cada is an aweful poker player, i am very upset to see him win, just watching tonights broadcast he annoyed me greatly. First he really thought about calling with pocket 10's when phil ivey had kings, god i wish he called. But his greatest move was when he re raised moon who had 50 million chips 3 million dollars on a 2.5 million bet on a 10 million pot. Heres the thing if moon had anything he would call because he was priced in if he didnt have anything he cada wouldnt have to raise it.
