Could Joe Gibbs be the answer for the Redskins, in a role similar to Bill Parcells with the Dolphins?

"There's a rumor making the rounds that two-time former head coach Joe Gibbs could be returning in a role similar to the one occupied by Bill Parcells in Miami. Gibbs would be responsible for hiring a G.M. and a head coach, and otherwise stabilizing the franchise without grinding away as a head coach."

This sounds like a great idea to me. It would take a lot of pressure off Jim Zorn, take Dan Snyder's hands out of the cookie jar, and provide a level-headed, intelligent football man and solid businessman behind the scenes. What do you guys think?

0	I don't know if Joe would have what it takes. He seems soft in his old age. He can't be compared to a mentality like the one of Parcells.
