It's been a bad week for college athletes.  Iowa lost their all-time leading wide receiver after he was busted on drug charges, a Connecticut redshirt offensive lineman has been arrested on kiddie porn charges and now University of Kentucky has found their quarterback to be in hot trouble.

Mike Hartline was arrested early Friday morning after he and a fellow student, who happens to be a UK cheerleader, were accused of assaulting another women in a local neighborhood.  Hartline was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, alcohol intoxication in a public place and failure to notify the department of transportation of an address change.

According to reports, Hartline and his girlfriend were involved in an altercation with another lady when cops approached the trio on the street.

Hartline was released after posting $235 bond.  No word on his status for Kentucky's Jan. 8th bowl game with Pittsburgh
