Even while we watch the non-points events at Charlotte Motor Speedway, and enjoy some racing for wins, the news that Kevin Harvick has re-signed with Richard Childress Racing has made the rounds of the airwaves.  Kevin continues in the ride he stepped into in 2001 after the death of Dale Earnhardt Sr.

Details of the deal have not been released, partly I'm sure, because of the events of 2003 when speculation over that year's negotiations had every reporter with a microphone speculating on what was happening.
That kind of speculation clearly irritates Kevin, leading to the "Not Happy" comments.

Now that the agreement for them to continue as owner and driver is done, we can all relax and enjoy the All-Star race and festivities.
