Kobe Trained With Hakeem Olajuwon This Past Summer...Now Mastering the ''Dream Shake''
Here is video proof. I saw Kobe pull it off in the pre-season, but I haven't yet seen it in the regular season.

DREAM:  "I got an e-mail from him and he said he wanted to work with me," Olajuwon said. "At first I thought he was kidding. I mean, Kobe has all the moves already. What more does he need to learn?"

KOBE: "When you see videos of Hakeem's career it looks easy. But you miss the subtleties and the intricacies of the moves. That's why it was imperative for me to be able to talk to him, work with him. It's the details and the execution that make all the difference."

DREAM: First of all, it was a tremendous compliment to me that Kobe asked me to work with him," Olajuwon said. "Beyond that, it shows you clearly what it is about Kobe that makes him who he is. He has been in the NBA 13 years. He has won four championships. He has been MVP. And he still wants to know more, wants to add to his game."

I think its impressive that this late in his career, after all the success he has achieved, that Kobe is still trying to get better. Clearly why the Lakers are always on top.

As much as I hate Kobe, I have to confess, that it is smart,a nd it does prove his determination to win.

Oh, and if I was a big man in the NBA, I would have called him years ago.

Olajuwon might be one of the most underrated NBA players, everyone knew he was good, no one really got just how good he was!

I will never forget the way he used to school a young Shaquille O'Neal; perhaps the Diesel Daddy should have made a similar call sometime ago.

Great players become great players through determination. Kobe has left his mark on the N.B.A. As did Jordan,Pippen,Bird,Jabbar, and Chamberlain. There is no comparisons. All were and are great players.

Olajuwon is one of the best players and centers in league history. His subtle way of destroying his opponent was genius. Pat Ewing was his Bytch. My all-time favorite center. Kobe was right to call him.
