For the 2nd straight year, the Cleveland Cavaliers are making an early exit from the NBA playoffs, this time at the hands of the Boston Celtics.  Kevin Garnett scored 22 points and Rajon Rondo had 21 as Boston advanced to the Eastern Conference Finals with a 94-85 win over Lebron James and the Cavs in Game 6 on Thursday night.

Cleveland entered the playoffs as the #1 seed for the 2nd year in a row and just like last year, they have their season end without reaching the NBA finals.  In what could be his last game as a Cav, James finished with 27 points, 19 rebounds and 10 assists in the losing effort.  With a clause in his contract that allows James to opt out this summer, the speculation is now on as to what the future holds for James.

As for the Celtics, they will head to Orlando to play the Magic in game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Sunday afternoon.
