LenDale White says that he has dropped some weight, and loves the way he feels, so he's going to keep the weight off.

In the words of Captain O'Hagan from Super Troopers, I'll believe that when me s*** turns purple and smells like rainbow sherbert.

2	I know first hand thru a certain birdie. He has shed quite a bit of pounds and is working on his speed. This is basicaly like a make or break. He'll be playing this year for a contract. Either with Tennessee or somewheres else

3	It's a contract year for LenDale, so I think he can keep it off...for now. Just like I expect with Albert Haynesworth, I think when White gets the contract, he will fall back into his old ways.

1	It's easy! One shake for breakfast, one for lunch, and then eat a sensible dinner, and watch tose pounds melt away. Expect him to have a carreer high stats too with a new deal as motivation.
