I had the honor to shake hands with the great Ali when he was on a tour in 1968, he had his title stripped from him and was visiting colleges.....I still consider it the closest brush with greatnest i have had.....He was, is, and probably will be the GREATEST ever......

everything about him was HUGE....from a distance he was not an imposing man but when you got up next to him his hands, neck, chest, everything was big....strange you should mention his hands, even after all these years i remember how his hand almost wrapped around mine.....it must have been a thrill to shadow box with him....we did get him to do the Ali Shuffle......

but the bodyguards he had with him were even bigger....
