As I read the article I am not sure she feels she deserves this because she is an athlete. It specifically states that hundreds of convicted felons apply for their sentences to be commuted. She probably figures it is worth a shot, I mean really what is the downside?

But you are correct - no one should judge unless they have all the facts - you are correct!
