Maybe Mark Cuban did snort that coke and it wasn't just a joke. Yeah, that's it Mark. Sue the guy for knowing your team inside and out, because you once employed him to coach but then let him go. It's all Nellie's fault, of course. Shouldn't Mark be suing Dirk Nowitzki instead?

Originally, I was wishing for Cuban to become to the Cubs owner, but now I'm reconsidering. He might sue the Billy Goat for all his woes. (StarTelegram)Never heard of such a thing, maybe because it'd be rather difficult to find anything this jock-kingdom silly.
Don Nelson is being sued by the owner of the Mavericks for using "confidential information" to beat his former team in the playoffs, and if an arbitrator agrees with this claim, then Nelson might not be allowed to coach again for Golden State.
No kidding? Nellie, huh, knew the Mavs inside and out, and schooled his former team back in early May, touching off the biggest upset in NBA postseason history?
