Instead of going for a game tying 46 yard field goal in overtime with Notre Dame, Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio called for a fake field goal that his team executed to perfection. The holder, Aaron Bates, took the snap and found a wide open Dan Conroy streaking down the field. 46 yards later, it was celebration time in East Lansing as the Spartans beat the Irish 34-31.
