He made the Chase in his first full year with Hendrick Motor Sports and I guess he and Rick Hendrick both like what they're doing, as Mark Martin has signed a Contract extension to keep him with HMS through the end of the 2011 season.

Anyone wanna say "Championship'?

3	Both parties obviously have a ton of respect for one another and you know that Hendrick would love to help Martin win that championship. As long as Mark continues to have fun and put up good results, he'll continue to drive as long as Hendrick wants/lets him. With that equipment under his hood, these next couple of years will be Martin's best chance to bring home that elusive championship.

0	Martin said on SIRIUS today that he wasn't having fun before and he did something to change that (left Roush, I assume) and now he is having more fun in the car and enjoying racing, so he is doing something (with this signing) to keep that. WTG Mark
