During the 3rd period of Wednesday's game at Xcel Energy Center against the Predators, security received an e-mail that threatened players and management of the Minnesota Wild. St. Paul Police were notified and while not giving out much information, did say that the e-mail itself was very "disturbing in nature".

Police still do not know yet who sent the e-mail, but are using computer forensics to find the source.

2	UGH, this is the kind of thing I hate hearing about, because who knows if that person, who is just deranged enough to send the e-mail, isn't just a little more deranged, to enact on their threats.

0	I wouldn't be surprised if this was some idiot who, in reality, had no intention of following through on his threats. Nonetheless, such conduct is very disturbing. I would hope that he is charged with a terrorist threat, which would put him away for quite awhile.
