NFL Concedes on ''Who Dat'' trademark... somewhat?

The NFL has conceded on the "Who Dat" phrase and will not try to prevent shirt makers from making shirts with the phrase. According to a league attorney they have no intention of claiming the fleur-de-lis or the "Who Dat" phrase, but they will not allow t-shirts that have these two trademarks to be officially licensed.

I don't know a lot but I do know that it is ridiculous that the NFL was trying to stop shirt-makers from making t-shirts with certain phrases that were not inappropriate. Maybe try to regulate some other things in your league and stop worrying about clothing. Just saying.
