New Chicago Cubs acting lot like old ones?

Cubs don't seem to care about bidding for Roy Halladay and watched Curtis Granderson go to the Yankees. They still have Bradley. They allowed Rich Harden, Reed Johnson and Kevin Gregg to leave as free agents, and added only reliever Jeff Gray thus far.
Oh, but maybe we can conclude that the spring training facility will move to Florida soon. I guess there is big change afterall.
