There was some talk that Michael Vick would be a good fit on the Patriots, and rumors were floating that the team was interested in him. Well, not anymore. Buried deep in this article is this nugget of info on Vick:
As the landscape for Vick’s future takes shape, sources tell me that one team that won’t be interested is the New England Patriots. Many have felt that Vick might be an option in New England, but I’m told that the scheme and the lack of potential to become an eventual starter aren’t suitable to him.
Not good for Vick, to say the least. I still think someone in the NFL will take a chance on him, but it'll probably be a very desperate team.
